Fire/Water Damage
If your house is on fire, you don't just grab a lawn sprinkler. You call the fire department.
Likewise, if a member of your family has a heart attack, you don't schedule an appointment with your family doctor. You call for an ambulance.
Then WHY call a maid service and your local deck builder when you have experienced one of the most traumatic experiences a family can go through?
Heritage Crisis Solutions specializes in trauma scenes—and Fire and Water Damages is most definitely a traumatic time for you and your family, turning your lives upside down.
Our quick response and professionalism will ensure your peace of mind. We have the expertise in personnel and equipment to take horrific situations and prevent them from getting worse, hence saving you and your insurance company time and money.
We are a trauma and restoration specialist. Dealing with insurance companies is a daily part of our job. We carry this burden for you! We deal not only with the cleanup of the fire but also with the resulting damage caused by water—often more damaging than the fire itself.
We are trained in the prevention and removal of mold and mildew, using a specialized combination of cleaning techniques and equipment.
Heritage Crisis Solutions, in a joint venture with Heritage Renovations LLC, provides options for emergency remediation up to full service restoration:
- Provide documentation for insurance. We provide proper documentation for homeowners' insurance claims in the form of photographs, detailed specifications and estimates in an approved format accepted by most major insurance companies. THIS IS IMPORTANT as remediation must start immediately to limit the advancement of deterioration and secondary damage.
- Verify coverage. We will verify coverage and confirm our limits of emergency work prior to a visit from the adjuster.
- Arrange pack out services. We will pack up all personal belongings, clean/treat as needed for odor removal, and provide dry and secure storage.
- Secure premises. Board-up/tarp-board windows and doors as a measure of security, and install tarps over roofs or large openings.
- Isolate damages. Water extraction, dehumidification, application of antimicrobials/mildewstats, negative and/or positive air movers, thermal fogging—these procedures need to start within 24 hours to isolate damages.
- Test for moisture. Initial testing performed and data store self-monitoring equipment installed and monitored to assure proper and adequate drying process.
- Plus other general decontamination services.
Once the surfaces are dry, hazards are isolated and decontamination complete, we offer full restoration services through Heritage Renovations LLC, a fully licensed and insured contractor service dedicated to the RECONSTRUCTION of your home.
Agreements with Heritage Crisis Solutions do not obligate you to use the services of Heritage Renovations LLC.
